1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of FlowLeafAI LLC ("FlowLeaf AI", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Description of Services

FlowLeaf AI provides custom automation workflows, AI solutions, chatbot development, Facebook advertising automation and analytics software, and related consulting services. Our services are designed to help businesses streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency through intelligent automation.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use FlowLeaf AI's services for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in our services
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Service Modifications

FlowLeaf AI may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for custom projects will be outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, payment is required according to the schedule specified in your project contract. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

7. Intellectual Property

All custom solutions developed by FlowLeaf AI remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive appropriate licensing rights as specified in individual project agreements. Pre-existing intellectual property and third-party tools remain property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FlowLeaf AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if FlowLeaf AI or its authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on FlowLeaf AI's website and services could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. FlowLeaf AI does not warrant that any of the materials on its services are accurate, complete, or current. FlowLeaf AI may make changes to the materials contained on its services at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where FlowLeaf AI operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

Facebook Ads Automation Service

If you connect your Facebook profile, ad accounts, or Pages to FlowLeaf AI, you authorize us to access them only to the extent of the permissions you grant on the Facebook consent screen, and only to provide the features you use: reading ad spend and performance reports, managing campaigns and budgets, and managing Page content.

• You confirm that you are authorized to grant this access for every ad account and Page you connect.
• You remain responsible for your ads, your budgets, and for compliance with Meta's Platform Terms, Advertising Standards and Commercial Terms.
• You can revoke access at any time in Facebook (Settings & privacy, Business Integrations) or by contacting us; see our Data Deletion page.
• FlowLeaf AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
