Data Deletion

Option 1. Remove the app in Facebook

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
3. Find FlowleafConnect and choose Remove.
4. Tick the option to delete the activity and data the app received, if Facebook offers it, and confirm.

Removing the app revokes our access tokens immediately; we can no longer read or change anything in your accounts.

Option 2. Ask us to delete your data

Send an email to art.ajayan@flowleafai.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from the address linked to your account, and include your Facebook name or Facebook user ID.

We will confirm the request and delete your Facebook user ID, access tokens, the list of ad accounts and Pages connected to your account, and all advertising and Page data we stored from them, within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when it is done. We may keep only what the law requires us to keep, for example invoices.

What is deleted

• Access tokens and the connection to your Facebook account;
• Cached ad account, campaign, spend and performance data;
• Page data and settings you connected to the service;
• Your profile in our service, if you ask for the whole account to be deleted.
