Facebook and Meta Platform Data

When you connect your Facebook account to our Facebook advertising automation service, you choose which permissions to grant on Facebook's consent screen. Depending on those permissions we receive and process:

  • Your Facebook user ID and name, and the access token issued to our app;
  • The ad accounts, business portfolios and Pages you can access, with their IDs, names, statuses and settings;
  • Advertising data of those accounts: campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, spend, and performance metrics;
  • Page content and engagement data of Pages you connect, to the extent you grant Page permissions.

How we use it:

  • Only to provide the features you use inside our service: spend and performance reporting, campaign and budget management, and Page management for the accounts you connected;
  • We do not sell Meta Platform data, do not use it for advertising or profiling, do not share it with data brokers, and do not use it to train AI models;
  • We share it only with infrastructure providers that host the service on our behalf, and when required by law.

Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only on the servers of our service. We keep Meta Platform data while your account is connected and delete it after you disconnect or request deletion, as described below.

Disconnecting and deleting: you can remove our app at any time in Facebook (Settings & privacy, Settings, Business Integrations, remove FlowleafConnect). You can also request deletion of all data we hold about you by following the instructions on our Data Deletion page. We delete it within 30 days. Facebook data may also be governed by Meta's own Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
